Our company runs off of surprises—we believe we pick fantastic items that the majority of people will love, and it is through that idea that we can run and pay our artists. As a result, in the unlikely event that you do not like one of your surprise items, we cannot do refunds or exchanges. Before subscribing please make sure you review our Past Surprises to get an idea of whether you or your recipient like our style. We suggest re-gifting any items that don’t end up fitting with your own style—you can spread the surprise fun!
If you receive a damaged item, or if one of your package gets lost on the way to you—please contact us as soon as possible. We will connect with the artist and ensure that you get a replacement of the same item sent to you as soon as possible. You may be required to ship back the damaged item, but will be reimbursed shipping costs. However, if the missing item is due to an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer at checkout, no replacement can be sent.
To cancel a subscription, simply log in to your Account at the top of the page and select Cancel next to the subscription you’d like to cancel. You can also email email@example.com and ask us to Cancel it for you. Note, however, that any charges that have already been placed will remain valid. We charge subscriptions between the 10th and 15th of the month (for the following month), so note that if you cancel after the 15th, your next month will still send to you and be charged—unless you send us an email right away.
